Please send in your RSVP card you received in the mail. All RSVP’s must be returned by Friday, October 20th. Seats are limited.

If you would like to purchase additional tickets, call or email Sommer. Additional guest tickets are $45 per person. Payment for the additional tickets will be taken via Paypal. An invoice will be sent to the email you provided Sommer. All invoices must be paid by October 20th in order to reserve additional guest seats.

Saturday, November 4th, NKA will host a Tech Seminar in the Missouri Boardroom from 1:15 pm- 2:45 pm. Please email Sommer Owens to reserve your seat by October 20th.

The Maxxis Midwest Banquet will be held at the Embassy Suites near the Kansas City Airport. Cocktail hour is held from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Dinner will be served promptly at 7:00 pm with awards immediately following.

The Maxxis Midwest Banquet is a “smart casual” dresscode. Women may wear dresses, skirts, jeans, dress tops, etc. Men may wear khakis, jeans, collared shirts–anything but a racing t-shirt.

We ask guests to please refrain from disrupting the Maxxis Midwest Awards Ceremony. Drivers have dedicated and worked extremely hard to earn their time on stage to receive their awards. Please be respectful to those in the audience and those on stage.

If you are unable to attend the banquet, please make arrangements for someone to pick up your trophies at the banquet. Goldspeed USA will not ship trophies to drivers due to the risk of the trophy breaking.
